The Apostles were sent by Jesus Christ to preach the Gospel of salvation to all nations. In a very short period of time, and in a miraculous way, they managed to spread Christianity to the entire ecumene, despite the persecutions and the adverse circumstances.

2000 years later the Church of Constantinople is poised through the millennia to shepard the world-wide Orthodox flock of over 300 million into the 21st century.  With a foundation of spiritual breadth, unique in human history, the Patriarchate of Constantinople's role as Mother Throne bridges continents and faiths in Love and Peace, in reconciliation of the human condition with the Grace of Spirit, and rehabilitation of our relationship with the ecosystem.
